In addition to my active lifestyle, which includes running, walking, and playing golf, I also enjoy a healthy diet that incorporates a lot of exercises, such as swimming, group fitness, and pilates. Following years of providing personal and group training, Spinning, and group fitness classes to clients of all ages for many years, I was introduced to Pilates. In 2007, and 2008, I completed the Ron Fletcher Program of Study(r), Levels 1, and 2 at Bodyworks Studio, Tucson, Arizona. This program was taught by Master Teacher Ron Fletcher and Kyria Sabin in 2007. I have a wealth of experience in teaching and can motivate people of any age. I have a background in personal training, which allows me to analyze each person's movements and tailor each one. It results in effective and safe programs that are suitable for all levels of participants, from athletes and beginners to more advanced clients.
