Once again Francis cancelled an appointment that I made with them a month and a half ago. I had to miss a day of work to wait for a technician that never came. Why do i bother paying into a service plan into which I am supposed to be a priority customer and then have my appointment cancelled at the last minute?! Horrible customer service. Zero stars.
