Hey there! I'm Kate, a professional photographer based in Ottawa Canada. I have two adorable daughters who have made me a mother - and a pediatric nurse by day. My daughters and I share lots of silly moments that we love. I've been told that I'm a terrible dancer, but I can't help feeling that my teenage daughters are being dramatic. I have some awful music on my iPod, due to my addiction to true-crime podcasts, so I'm constantly being mocked for my hobbies. I adore the colors green and pink, and I never say no to ice cream. I specialize in on-location lifestyle and documentary family and newborn photography. My style is genuine and full of real, authentic moments, which let your family's love and life shine through. What I've noticed in all the years I've been photographing families is that the real world is chaotic. Our lives are messy and hectic, our homes are often filled with clutter, and our children laugh at us when we dance. The mess and the stress of everyday life have a way of becoming overwhelming.
