That is where the positives end, because many customers report terrible experiences and say the owners, Basil, Dan and Bob, charge the worst customer service they’ve ever seen. Many clients say the same thing—that the establishment charges their accounts for mattresses they’ve never received, refuses refunds on those products and that the warehouse refuses to halt such errant charges.
