My Gym Children's Fitness Centre, Ottawa, began when my interest in children's education and gymnastics led me to formal training. It was a transformative journey to watch children's glowing faces as they reached numerous milestones. The highlight of my days was seeing the look of joy on parents' faces as they saw their children succeed and the pride on children’s faces. We knew from the beginning that great things would be possible if engaging and fun physical activities were the key. We set out to build a welcoming, supporting, and loving environment for our children to thrive and grow in self-esteem, confidence, and personal satisfaction. Over 35 years, we succeeded, and we are proud to say My Gym is a place where all children, regardless of their abilities, can succeed and thrive. In 1983, our vision of happy, confident, active, and healthy children inspired us to open My Gym Ottawa. Since then, it has evolved and thrived, spreading to over 700 locations worldwide. We cherish every member of the My Gym family and their unique journey. We are grateful for our community and the opportunity to help us celebrate our history.

Their kids love the wide range of indoor facilities and equipment and especially being able to interact with them. The gym staff were excellent and accommodating to the kids' needs. It was proof that My Gym Ottawa is a good place to hold your kid's birthdays or for indoor fun, especially during the Winter. Play dates and private parties are among the best at My Gym too. The classes work well for different child ages.
