Tony is apparently the Manager. Do the owners understand what a creep this guy is? He stared at my chest the entire time I was there, while insisting I was late despite being there 15 minutes ahead of time. What a power trip he was on. I had to bite my lip, as my son needed the appointment. I felt sorry for the people working for him. I told the Dr who wasn't surprised, and apologized profusely. I should have read the reviews ahead of time.
Had an appointment with Dr Amin Bahubeshi today. From signing in and being taken in right away, to Dr. Bahubeshi checking, explaining and treating things very well. I was very impressed. Would have given 5 stars but it took 7 weeks and calls to my GP’s office before I heard back from the office. But I got an appointment a week later.
I had a wonderful experience today for my first appt at this clinic. The staff were polite and friendly, They were pretty much on time and doctor Dawson is super friendly and take the time for you on top of being very skillful at her job. She definitely helped me with my medical problem and also answered all of my questions. The clinic is well clean, easy to find, and it’s free parking. Nothing negative to say!
I saw Dr. Dawson today and like my previous appointment in 2019, had a great experience. Dr. Dawson is a wonderful doctor who takes her time with her patients. The staff at reception were very nice and I was in the doctors office within 10 minutes. Recommend highly Dr. Dawson.
I attended at Vital Clinic today for a dermatology appointment and found them to be totally satisfactory. The receptionist was very friendly, pleasant and efficient. The doctors and support staff were reassuring, kind and knowledgeable.
We have completely given up after three referrals were sent there, my dr.’s office called and spoke to them even. “M’am we don’t have a referral, there’s nothing we can do”. The first was sent last fall, second in Feb and third early Aug.
Mean condescending staff. Dr. Gavigan… you said you would see my daughter who is uncomfortable physically and mentally with her skin condition but we cannot see you. My GP has tried, even called.
We have gone back to Bruyere a year later after trying.
