Tree killing was not requested in our cul-de-sac but they came and did it anyways. It was not dead, it was beautifully alive and well, wasn't near any power lines or houses. When these people are bored they make work. Too much clearing was done in our neighborhood. And they had left a mess including the stump.
The estimator came to my place and told me VERBALLY that it would cost around $700.00 to cut my lilacs bushes and remove the stumps. I check their price on my E-Mail and the cost was lower than $700.00, I sign the contract But after they cut the bushes, I realized that I had to pay an extra $500.00 to remove the stumps The amount was like shadow fine print, right on the right corner of the contract. Pay attention of what you sign or else you will be screwed like me.

Ryan arrived early with his team. They were hired by the city to remove a dead tree in my yard. He and his team are true professionals; he studied the situation and proceeded accordingly with safety measures for all. Work was done expediently and the area was cleaned. Efficient, polite, respectful, pleasure speaking with the team. The street, my driveway and the lawn was all cleaned up before they left. I highly recommend this company.
