This includes a patient who said they were scared they had Vitiligo, a skin condition, but Dr. Singh diagnosed them and provided a treatment later with no appointment. Many reviewers also praise the staff's kindness and Dr Kim in particular's compassion and professionalism. Multiple patients mention that the alternative would have been a months long wait for an appointment and praise the clinic concept for same day referrals and walk-ins. This makes a big difference for patients like one who could feel the improvement and relief from symptoms which is why all reviews end up with a positive recommendation. Many reviewers lament how long they have waited for a solution, but they are at long last happy with their services. Negative reviews are routine, but in a case of high dependency, procedures which people could die without, the clinic does a lot of good. For some patients, their visits to Avantderm were the first time they did something about their condition instead of just living with it. One patient even said their dermatitis had been there for a long time, and they had tried everything natural to no avail. However, their referral was made the previous night, and next morning their problem had been solved by a clinic that had a line-up of patients waiting to take the vacant spot. At length, though, reviews of the clinic are favorable, with patients saying Avantderm is a good clinic with trustworthy doctors and staff and a valuable but not perfect reorganization of dermatological care.
