Bonnie Christie sold me a falsely quote vehicle insurance policy - $650 for the whole year. Two weeks later she said it was $1560. When I cancelled it two weeks later due to the false quote she provided she charged me $300 for TWO WEEKS of insurance. I have filed a fraudulent report and reporting to BBB. DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE.
22 years no issues then twice they cancelled my insurance by "accident" which I had to call to reactivate then my new contract went from 2,000$ to 5,000$ cause someone didn't flip my construction insurance to a house insurance. They just added to my construction insurance my house. None understood how to read a contract....so I changed to another insurance and I'm now at a normal amount of insurance coverage. Intact/Brockerlink wanted me to pay 3M in insurance coverage for the 1M worth of personal and house I own. Never going back with the last year's of issues.
They really must be so hard up for business that they have to spam call people to try to scam them into signing up. Disgusting. Have never dealt with any insurance agency and definitely don't want to deal with this one. Stop cold calling people is you give people good experiences and customer service they will come to you. Right now you are just bothering people making them angry not wanting anything to do with you.
