David Smith The Headhunter was born into the recruitment business, his parents worked in Advertising & Marketing and Executive Search. David was also a subject of numerous recruiting efforts early on in his career. The whole thing began at Wilfrid Laurier University, where David was finishing his Honours Bachelor of Business Administration (HBA). Procter and Gamble was the recruiter.
