The facility is open and following all protocols to ensure the safety and health of respondents and its employees. Clients can host focus groups at the facility as well as the following: IDI: In-depth one-to-one interviews (IDI), can be held in a private room or in a focus group. central location testing at its Toronto office for clients who require product marketing tests. These are conducted in the large, open kitchen with adjoining cubicle workstations. Each session can accommodate 30 people. Clients have the option of bringing in a stove to taste test. We also provide more than just room rentals. Decision Point's highly skilled research team can run market research studies for you. Maybe your location is out of town. You can still use our Toronto focus group facility. Any other services that you may require include recruiting participants, giving out participant incentives, catering, transcription, service, live streaming and notetaking. We also offer simultaneous translation. You will be able to access the space one hour before the session begins. Moderation services can be provided in English, Punjabi and Hindi as well as Mandarin.
