We were very impressed with how quickly we got our initial response. We have been trying to get our egress window done for a while through friend recommending a friend- just never heard back for ages- then were busy etc etc Bill was a pleasure to communicate with! He text back to my questions in record time. Professional, efficient, and pleasant.The office lady was very efficient as well and explained the process of the gas locator needed and said she would send a reminder- I walked out of my house later that day to hear a funny noise- low and behold the “beeping” gas guy was there marking the ground! We were able to be fitted in earlier than the 5 week guaranteed time- due to a cancellation. I wish I could add before and after pictures here! What a pleasure to work with this company- well, Bill in particular. We were away when the day opened up for us to have the window done and a bit nervous to just leave them to do it without our presence all day. Trust them. Helen and Dave Overholt ( Hamilton)
