Hello, I want to start off by saying that I dont often write reviews, but when I do it is because either the service was exceptional or horrible. I will tell you that here at ONYX it was horrible. Listen, if I was paying $50 for both pedicure and manicure, it would be ok. But I payed $120+TAX plus TIP so I spent $150 on mediocre work, shellac mani and pedi.... it was average quality as with the nail polish, the location is nice (rent is probably expensive so they raise the prices). I would not recommend this place to anyone, I would steer clear of this company all together. customer service is not good either. they dont do anything special at this place... for this money I would expect them to wrap my nails in gold and do a design on every nail (no seriously...)
Waste of money, but I learned a good lesson... looking out for other clients so this doesn't happen to anyone else.
