Since 1999 when Retrofit was founded by Barbara Grant, a professional dancer, it has grown into one of Toronto's most respected Pilates studios. Our team of talented instructors is highly skilled and can help clients of all fitness levels, from professional athletes to pregnant moms and individuals in active rehabilitation following an injury or surgery. We offer programs for everybody, regardless of fitness level. One-on-one sessions with a Pilates instructor are available, as well as over 70 classes each week.
