In our work, we facilitate all steps from incorporation to listing on any stock exchange. Corporate Counsel offers affordable Bay Street knowledge and services. Our philosophy Corporate Counsel believes that clients should get great advice, not pay for fancy overhead. We follow that belief, offer fixed-fee and flat-fee, as well as reasonable hourly payment models. Our fixed-fee model ensures that you can manage legal fees. Incorporated in 2015, Corporate Counsel was founded to fill a gap in the legal market. Many areas are underserved by large national firms or are too expensive per hour. We focus on securities and corporate law. Our firm practices include incorporations, minute book maintenance, and M&A consists of millions of dollars as well as stock exchange listings. We offer lower hourly fees and flat fees for most common matters. Our size and growth The firm has six lawyers and two support staff (up from 6 in 2015). We have more than 1,000 client files, with more coming in every month. Our growth necessitated a move to our new office in Vaughan.
