Experiential learning is crucial in this program. Experiential learning allows you to apply theory to practice in a way that helps you understand and remember it. Through “buddy” or small-group discussions, you will study and explore the key obstacles and potential solutions facing modern leaders and managers. This includes effective communication, leadership, feedback and recognition, and successful communication and feedback. The highlight of the program is the individual and small-group simulation. Compete with your group to become the most effective team. The simulation will test your observation, influence, and communication abilities in ways that challenge and inspire you. In class activities and self-examination will also enable you to address pressing queries. These include: “Why do people do the things that they do?” “How can I adjust my style to match the situation?” and “How can I make the organisation better?”
