Customer reviews: This place is a local gem as there is a lot of parking. I have been coming to see Tito Lee for my massage and he has been amazing in resolving my back issue! I will continue to come back! Everyone is very professional and accommodating. Their service is great. I am looking forward to my future sessions. The clinic was clean and the front desk administrator was very kind and helpful with the process for filling out the forms. I go to this clinic for chiropractic care, physiotherapy, and massages, and I honestly could not recommend it more. Dr. Kim is an absolute lifesaver. My TMJ, neck, and shoulder pain can be extremely intense, and she’s able to provide noticeable relief in just one session. I can’t thank her enough. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and truly cares about her patients and always makes me feel comfortable. Hands down the best chiropractor in the city. I want to start by saying I have never left a Google review in my life, but this experience absolutely deserves one. I was calling around different clinics to inquire about pricing because my dad has been in a lot of pain, and I’m trying to get him the best care and treatments possible. I was ready to book anywhere, but then I received a call back from the regional manager, Katherine. At first, I didn’t think my simple inquiry warranted a call from a manager—let alone the regional manager—but I’m so grateful she reached out. She wanted to follow up on the call I had with her team member and see if we had gotten the help we needed. She truly listened to my father’s needs, and when she spoke with me, I have never felt more heard or understood. She walked me through all the services they provide and explained how each one could benefit my dad. We even talked about how his lack of mobility has been worsening his depression. I don’t want to lose my father. He’s been a mess since my mother passed away, and this situation has been overwhelming. Katherine spoke to me not just about physio, chiro, and massage, but also about mental health and the possibility of getting him connected with a psychotherapist as well. I know companies are told to upsell—I work for a large corporation myself and I understand how that works—but I never once felt like I was being sold to. What I felt was genuine empathy, care, and trust in a human being who truly wanted to help. If you’re looking to book here, ask to speak with Katherine. She will put your mind at ease and make you feel like you’re truly cared about. I’ll have my father leave a review after his first appointment, but I just want you to know that if you’re reading these reviews, I have already told everyone who will listen about the amazing conversation I had and how safe you made me feel about looking after my dad.
