I'm incredibly frustrated with Belair Direct's unwillingness to provide a written letter of experience (LoE) for my daughter's driving record and claim history. This is a standard request for any insurance company, and their refusal makes no sense, especially since they're willing to provide the same information verbally to other insurance companies.
To make matters worse, I was sent on a wild goose chase to obtain the LoE, only to receive inconsistent and contradictory information from their representatives. It felt like I was being run in circles, with no one taking accountability for resolving my issue.
As a customer, I expect clarity, consistency, and a willingness to accommodate reasonable requests. Unfortunately, Belair Direct fell short on all counts. I would not recommend them based on this experience.
