The Customer Experience Manager, Natalie Emond, is the daughter of Daniel Emond and the sister of Genevieve Emond. She beams with a smile as she recounts this adventurous journey from the start. Floating spas of their own were a dream for the Edmonds. Their father and Genevieve were spa fans and wanted one on their lakeside land. "It was a bit of a utopia," Natalie admits with a chuckle. Her family has a long history of promoting water and wellness. Her father was a sauna enthusiast over 30 years ago. "We have a small sauna in our cabin that we overlook the lake," the Bota Bota sauna-on-the-water, which overlooks Habitat 67, a fun urban retreat.
