BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!!!
Wow I don’t even know where to begin with this place. I wish I could give them a negative star and report them to the government or something.
This is THEE WORST fake “dealership” I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. *Real* dealerships, CAA agents, mechanics, insurance companies and even random people know about this sleazy place. Sadly, I only found this out after getting a car from them.
You know when you read a review of a truly horrible movie or tv show and see 5 star reviews, and you can tell it’s fake? This is the case here. I’m surprised this place hasn’t appeared on the show Marketplace which is a Canadian consumer watchdog series. This news program uncovers wrongdoings in the marketplace. With the help of hidden cameras, correspondents dish out the dirt on not so "clean" business practice because wow these people are just God awful!
They prey on people with new or bad credit. They will do everything in their power to get you an approved loan even if it means lying about your income. They will make you feel like you’re getting a wonderful deal, but in retrospect, that 9,000$ car is now costing you like 20,000$ when you finance it through these sleaze bags. They will also get you “approved” for some garbage car that they are trying to get rid of. No car history report is provided and you are left feeling great about your “new” car… You will soon learn that this is not the case when problems start to appear. By the way, they will offer you insurance with someone with whom they do business with and tell you that this is the only insurance company that will cover a car in “your situation”. THIS IS NOT TRUE! I had a cop, A COP, shake his head & tell me to immediately switch insurances, like call a different insurance company AS SOON AS I got home.
The owner who has “been doing business for more than 25 years”, is aware of certain loopholes and is worse than a loan shark. He’s a lying, sleazy scumbag who buys unwanted and barely functioning cars from the pits of hell and then offloads them on some unsuspecting buyer. They won’t provide the car history if not asked and I’m sure they roll back the odometer to make the cars seem newer than they actually are. They will sell you a car with a million problems without disclosing anything and the moment you call them to tell them about a problem, you will be told that you are on your own or send you to their “garage”, which is obviously as shady as they are. They will put a band-aid on a problem because they know it will cause an even bigger problem which will require for you to come back.
The sales reps are all incompetent and don’t know anything about anything. If you ask a question, they will tell you that someone will call you back and of course no one ever does, especially if you are having a problem with your “new” car. When you call them, you are then bounced from one person to another and when you FINALLY speak to someone you’re too frustrated to even continue the conversation.
The only reason these slime bags are able to continue doing business is because they do things that are BARELY legal, tethering on that fine line of legal and illegal. If you have NO choice, please do your research, shop around, listen to those bad reviews, but whatever you do, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Literally ask ANYONE about them and you will get the same reaction. If you decide to go against your better judgment and decide to go through with this place, get a DETAILED inspection prior to getting a car from them and if they refuse, it means they are more than aware of the problems. Get the VIN # to check the history or any recalls the car may have. Pay for CarFax, which is a legal and trusted Canadian website to find the history of any car.
I hope one day they are forced to shut down, until then, people need to be warmed and hopefully we will get lucky and they will go out of business.
