Club Gymnacentre Mainbourg

Club Gymnacentre Mainbourg for over 40 years Club Gymnacentre Mainbourg is dedicated to promoting and encouraging artistic gymnastics and other disciplines acknowledged by the Quebec Gymnastics Federation. The club also offers safe sports activities to promote an active and healthy lifestyle. The training is fun for children from the Mercier-Hochelaga-Maisonneuve and Riviere-des-Prairies-Pointe-aux-Trembles boroughs. Gymnastics is a discipline in which male and female gymnasts perform on various apparatuses, including beams, uneven bars, vaulting horses, floors, trampolines, and tables. The men train on parallel bars and rings at Centre Le Mainbourg. It requires grace, elegance, virtuosity, agility, and a solid understanding of the sport's technical aspects (Centre, 2021). Our program is designed to teach the basics of gymnastics and the excitement of participating in an athletic pursuit. The classes are for boys and girls aged 18 to 17 years. All gymnastic apparatus is used by youngsters. A personalized class for each group is determined by their abilities and age. To make sure that everyone enjoys themselves while getting better at gymnastics, a group of coaches created a program to boost motor skills. Our visuals also help even the youngest children understand the program. Our program is successful because it is fun and engaging.
