Gymnastics can be described as a discipline that allows male and female gymnasts to perform on various apparatus, including beams, uneven bars, vaulting tables, floors, trampolines, and tables. The young men practice on parallel bars and rings at Centre Le Mainbourg. It requires grace, elegance, virtuosity, and agility as well as a good understanding of the technical aspects of the sport. This program is designed to teach the fundamentals of gymnastics and the joy of taking part in an athletic activity. The courses are for young children, both boys and girls aged between 18 and 17 years. All gymnastic apparatus is explored by the children. Our courses are available for both recreational and competitive young girls. Flex Art offers gymnastics clubs for girls between the ages of 6 and 15. This course will teach you the fundamentals of all apparatus, including vault, beam, trampoline, and bars. Lessons are offered four days per week: Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. These groups can be divided by age, which ranges from 6 to 15. To maximize their places within the group and meet the customer's needs, the ages of each member are also separated. The numbers that you'll find in our registration platform are called group numbers.
