Club de gymnastique Flex-Art

For more than three decades, Flex-Art Gymnastics Club has been part of our community. We believe in sharing the art gymnastics with young people and advocating for the health advantages of the sport. Our classes are designed for young girls who want to do art gymnastics both recreationally and competitively. Flex Art has clubs for girls aged 6 to 15. They will teach the basics of art gymnastics through all apparatus, including the pommel horse, beam, trampoline, and uneven bars in this class. We provide lessons four days a week: Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Each group may be divided by age, from 6 to 15, to optimize their place within the group. Recreational and competitive levels are also based on the ages of the participants. The numbers you'll find in our registration platform are group numbers, and they allow us to meet the client's needs and maximize the places in each group.
