Gym Artistic Women And Trampoline Les Asymétriques

Les Asymétriques Gymnastics Club (Non-Profit Organization) offers trampoline and artistic gymnastics classes specifically for women of all ages and skill levels. The club has over 700 athletes, with some at the regional, provincial, and national levels. It also serves over fifty other children from schools in the Villeray/St-Michel/Parc-Extension borough. Our gymnasium is equipped with vaulting, balance beam, floor, and uneven bars for women's artistic gymnastics; three trampolines with built-in bars; a high beam; and a dance studio. The club Les Asymmetrical is a member of the Quebec Gymnastics Federation (FAQ) since 2010. It welcomes girls and boys from 2 years old. The National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP) certifies our coaches. The Red Cross has accredited first aid. The Quebec Gymnastics Federation is an association for coaches, volunteer administrators, and athletes on an annual basis.
