I work with teenagers, young adults, and families who require psychological assistance. My clients are experiencing chronic health conditions, grief and worrying, behavioral problems, and stress management struggles. To help my clients, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (mindfulness). I have worked with children in one-on-one therapy, family therapy, and mental health assessments for 20 years in various roles like tutoring, teaching assistant, and entertaining.
