Groupe RP originated when Alexandre Pariseau and David Dion ventured together to Recrutement Precision. They successfully ran this accounting and finance headhunter and then founded the fashion and retail recruitment service, Prestige Recruitment. David and Alex parlayed the same strategy into an engineering, construction, and IT-specific recruitment, known as 4iT Recruitment. Jean-Philippe Caron became the third partner in 2017. The fourth division, Recrutement Propulsion, will launch in 2021. It will focus on recruiting in Pharmacy, Health, and Food. This large headhunting firm employs nearly 60 headhunters, the managing directors of 4 entities, and a recruiter for the new one. These experts support the growth of approximately 100 businesses throughout Quebec, Canada, and beyond.
