Guestable has been a truly nightmare experience for me. Because of their lack of management ability and negligent lack of a timely response to a water leak. They never notified the property manager to go to turn off the water, instead called a plumber that took many hours to show up. By that time serious damage had occured. After I rushed back from overseas I called to local manager who had no idea what had happened. Guestable support, and I use that term very loosely, has never contacted me and never sent anyone to check on the damage. They also did notify me that the guest that discovered the leak was not going to leave a negative review. That seems to be their only concern. Also things were missing from my home, a comforter amongst them. They did actually send someone to look for the comforter, which of course was not here. I asked if they were going to replace it and they never replied. Fortunately my insurance company will cover most of the damage, but I'm still out many thousands of dollars for and deductable and without a basement and upper bath probably for a few months. Everybody has different experiences, and thats all you can go by. Mine is that these people that they have for support have absolutey no idea about managing a property and totally ignore problems the owners may have. Two weeks now since the damage occured and they are silent.
