We prioritize companies that can show technology and distribution models working in a small setting but need funds to propel them more aggressively to demonstrate it in a bigger scale. When the company progresses, we value going forward. We aim not to be encumbered by other variables, unlike many venture capitalists. We primarily invest directly, focusing on preferred shares, future equities, simple agreements for future equities, or the newest capital instruments. We also use secondary direct investment strategies, making us more flexible and giving us more options. We help startups tackle challenges related to complicated capital structures and constrained financial resources. The check sizes range from $100k to $5M, and that is what we offer to startups that need help in the capital admin offices.
