Scandinave Spa Vieux-Montréal

Awful experience. I was in the zero stress room with my boyfriend having a little nap when we come out this staff member told us to leave because we were reported for “bad behaviour.” Which left me surprised cus we were literally sleeping, 2 seconds later my bf is at the water station and this random woman approaches him yelling him nasty stuff such as stop looking at her, and that he was being nasty to her. This woman was clearly out of her mind and threw at him a glass of water! 2 staff member saw everything and did nothing,but telling my boyfriend to leave the place immediately!!! My bf freeze as we were out of words and we left. Once out we asked to the staff member what happened she said again we were reported for bad behaviour which she never said what exactly only gestures with the face and did admit that she didn’t see anything it was only a report. However she DID see this woman assaulting verbally and physically my boyfriend and decided to get rid of us and let this aggressive lady to stay. I can’t believe that staff member actually let someone get away with that kind of behaviour. What are your standards for hiring?? I’ve been trying to get in touch with them and no answers they do not give a shit about their customers, It was a VERY unpleasant experience. I’m guessing this was a racist thing as we are not from here and have accents?? Or she gets a free pass and her word is believed just because she is a woman??? because she didn’t see us doing anything however we did see her being aggressive. So anyone can report anyone in this place and they just tell them to leave just because, no questions, no reason, no explanations, and we still have to tolerate physical and verbal aggression from your crazy clientele. I’m beyond disappointed on this place. What a lack of values. I am never coming back here. In general the place is small and it’s pricey for what has offer, there’s much more better outdoor spa’s.
