The Laurentides-Lanaudiere Community Legal Center is one of 11 Regional Community Legal Centers. La Commission des services juridiques chairs each of these centers. They ensure that the Quebec Act on Legal Aid is enforced. We are all responsible for providing legal aid in the region we serve. In terms of the Laurentides-Lanaudiere Community Legal Center, more than 30 lawyers in 9 offices spread throughout the Laurentides and Lanaudiere administrative regions, from the Riviere des Mille-Iles to the south, Mont-Laurier in the north, Lachute in the west, and Joliette in the east, are eager to represent you as thoroughly and efficiently as possible. Our attorneys are skilled, licensed, and dedicated to safeguarding the interests and rights of the most vulnerable. They collaborate with a caring and dedicated team of professionals. Our university students appear in all courts daily, as we are supposed to. They provide you with suggestions, directions, and comments for all situations. Our university students take an active role in giving lectures on a variety of legal topics in schools and social organizations. The goal of the Laurentides-Lanaudiere Community Legal Center is to develop and put in place possible modes for defending the interests of those most in need of our help. Every single employee at our company has maintained the same concern for justice over the years. And we aspire to keep at it, as long as the residents of our jurisdiction keep having needs.
