Aquatics at University of Regina The University of Regina Aquatic Center provides academic, recreational, and athletic aquatics. It features a 25-meter indoor swimming pool with depths of 4'-6" and a 12' deep diving tank. There are organized recreation swim times, Aquasize lessons, Red Cross Learn-to Swim Lessons, and Lifesaving Society Leadership classes. Private rentals can be arranged, birthday parties, and it's home to a variety of community swimming clubs. University students, staff, alumni, and the general public are all welcome. Aquatic Programs offers all-around aquatic workout classes for all levels of swimmers who want a good workout. Participate in our Aqua Jog, Aqua Fit, and Swim Fit classes. Adult swimming lessons are also available. Our Lifeguards and instructors have designed these courses with you in mind. Our goal is to make the Aquatic Centre a great place for people to do aquatics in a social, inspiring environment. Our objective is to provide you the opportunity to participate in all types of Aquatics. We would be pleased to see you in one of our classes.
