Joanne Moser

Joanne Moser, a reputable lawyer with a focus on family, estates, wills, and real property law. Joanne was appointed by Regina City Council in 1997 to the Board of Revision that scrutinizes appeals for property tax assessments. Currently, Joanne is the Chair of the Board. In 2011, the Government of Saskatchewan selected Joanne as the Social Services Appeal Board Chair. Joanne is the Board's co-chair currently. She has also appeared in all court levels, including the Supreme Court of Canada. Joanne was elected to FP Canada Standards Council Hearing Panel Panel Roster.
