Customers are thrilled with the fast, knowledgeable service, affordable prices, and Darrell's friendly, helpful, and compassionate attitude. At Kaz, they fixed multiple problems with customers' bikes within an hour, gave students product deals, and went the extra mile; this includes cleaning the bikes to perfection, checking over all components, and providing refreshments to customers waiting for urgent repairs. Customers attribute their bikes' transformation to Darrell's tuning, tweaking, and heartfelt generosity. Some clients incorrectly assembled, missing a piece of their bike, but Darrell still tried to fix it. One client noted the significant price difference between Western Cycle and Kaz, appreciating Darrell's rational pricing. Most Kaz Bike Lab customers have newfound faith in their bikes and plan to go there for all future service and repairs. His outgoing brother also confirmed the shop's excellent customer service. We took a mountain bike and a BMX bike to Daryl and he was very helpful, knowledgeable and reasonable. My mountain bike runs great and smooth - basically needed a tune up. Western Cycle quoted me $190 to clean and service my mountain bike and I think Daryl charged me $50! Daryl seems to be a nice man who knows bikes and is not out for your dollar!! Despite his efforts and time spent on the BMX putting the disassembled bike (that my son took apart) back together he couldn't get a missing part and it just can't be ridden. We appreciated his efforts and his kindness in trying to help with that one.
