About NOVUS Glass Regina NOVUS Glass is the global leader in the automotive aftermarket. NOVUS Glass's Repair First, Replace If Necessary (r) policy permits us to repair more windshields than other programs in the automotive aftermarket. It began in America in 1972, when Frank Werner, a Doctor who had three tiny windshields fixed because they had breaks in the glass, began looking for a way to repair breaks rather than replace the entire windshield. Bill Wiele, a chemical engineer, then assisted him in developing what is now known as the most effective method for windshield repair. In 1972, Gerald Keinath bought the windshield repair patent and developed a marketing plan to take it to the people. It started with a small home-based company and was eventually renamed NOVUS (r), which means "new" or "innovative" in Latin. NOVUS (r) is the only company with more US patents in the industry for windshield repairs than anyone else in the industry.

Customer service was important when they had to respond to uninformed clients’ inquiries, evaluate their problem, and provide good advice on the services they needed. While the staff cannot find you an OEM windshield, they provide you with various other options to choose from, and the results get an outstanding note.
