You are your author and expert. In all we do, Elevate helps you renew your story. Stress extends beyond psychological and emotional effects, as it also affects the person as a whole. This is why Elevate began. ECT is a holistic therapy practice that heals the entire person in a non-oppressive, ecological manner. Anti-oppressive ECT honors that ecology is human experience and that each specific human experience is valid and real. In ECT, each individual is unique. Each client is an expert on their specific problem, not the therapist. Each problem is unique. It is an individual therapeutic issue. It is not the individual. Every person, group, and lifestyle is encouraged and accepted.
