Forces Armees

Forces Armees is the Canadian Army, and it is the land force of the Canadian Armed Forces. The Canadian Army's mission is to train and support combat-capable land forces that are prepared to defend and protect Canada. The Army is composed of more than 30 occupational groups with a variety of full-time regular soldiers and part-time reservists. Canadian Forces also includes Canadian Rangers (CFR). The Rangers operate in remote areas of Canada. Army Reservists who work part-time for the Canadian Army. The Army Reserve creates full-time capacity from part-time services. They perform operations at home and abroad and give them the opportunity to choose their place of service based on their circumstances. They are the only service that can serve Canada only in their residential area. They are part of the Utter Army and bring their unique work experience, sense of belonging, camaraderie, and feeling of being part of the Army to the table. Civilian employers are proud of the Army Reserve employees' work experience, leadership skills, and life experiences. Reservists can choose their place of work based on their circumstances. These new forces guarantee their placement for four full-time summer jobs. This is to ensure that they are qualified as full-time commanders after their four-year service. Their varied experiences are the strengths that the Army needs to succeed in operations and maintain this power.
