ICR commercial was the first property agency I contacted in Saskatoon, Canada before I relocated to Canada from UK. Digitally signed up for the property lease as my family was relocating for good to Saskatoon, Canada in Oct2022. Also paid security deposit amount of Cad 500 prior to landing. After signing the digital tenancy agreement remotely they changed my inception date and time blaming old tenant. With no contact in Saskatoon I tried to work out some tentetive Airbnb arrangement for my family however annoyingly that property owner pulled out as well just before we landed in Saskatoon. So eventually I have to look for long term arrangement with some other property agency as ICR guys left me homeless in Canada on my very first day in this country. After all this drama ICR blamed me and left me out of pocket for deposit payment of Cad 500 by saying I cancelled the arrangement from my side especially when I end up paying massive Cab bill on very first day looking out for property with all my bags in the Van.
Other aspect is they NEVER answer their phone and respond to their emails as per their own comfort. Wont ever recommend for residential property for sure.
ive contacted the property management several times about my neighbors and nothing gets done..
