In 1998, K & S Contracting Inc were established as Saskatoon General Contractors. This was a part-time endeavour. We worked as deck builders and managed some small projects for residential renovation. It wasn't until 2007 when we were incorporated. Steve Ostapiw decided to make our renovation/construction business a full-time venture. Our first location was in Biggar Saskatchewan. In 2011, we moved to Saskatoon. We were serving the rural area of Biggar, SK but we did most of the work in Saskatoon. Moving to a busy city was the best move. There are still some crews working in Biggar and other rural Saskatchewan areas. Although we have a business that operates in big cities, we are proud to have small-town values. We work in big cities but are committed to making sure the jobs are not too small. We are focused on every person and project regardless of size. K & S Contracting takes care of all the paperwork so you can be assured that the job was done correctly, according to codes and regulations.
