Tony was so helpful and so much fun to work with, I appreciate what you guys did for me, would definitely recommend
I would not reccommend right ride to anyone, they do not conduct good business, ive been way to understanding and patient with these pricks. Ive been without my vehicle for over a month due to them selling me an overpriced caravan that had a number of issues that they agreed to fix before i signed any papers. They screen the calls that come in. Everytime i call for an update they say dallas is "in a meeting" and damion is always "finishing up with a customer" and "he will call me right back" i never get a call back from him, i always have to call him back or physically go in there to get an update. I brought my van in to get the tranmission looked at because it has been slipping, i bought this van just a little over a year ago, and the shop i brought the van to, about the tranny, told me that the transmission pan had lots of metal and chunks in it, Which just goes to show that they dont fully check the vehicles before selling them. I am also losing out on over 2000 kms on my warranty because brett didnt change it the day i signed like i asked him to. So if you do buy with these awful, money hungry pricks be very careful and dont sign anything until they fix the vehicle first, and make sure the paperwork is 100%accurate before signing anything. If you buy online, dont sign any papers until you test drive it or run a code reader on the vehicle first. Im still waiting on the wheel alignment they said would get done, plus the rear doors are messed up too, one door is jammed and the other has wires loose on the track, the struts need to be replaced, and one of the stow and go seats doesn't stow, and when i opened the bottom of that seat, it smelt like puke, so they didnt get the van detailed properly before they sold it to me either. So far they fixed one of the door locks, the windsheild and catalytic converter, but i had a hard time getting them to get that work done. They tried saying that because i had the vehicle for over a couple months, there was no way of knowing if i caused that damage, thank god i had our messages saved and pictures from the day i bought it because then they knew they couldnt f*** me over for those repairs. I have to constantly harrass them. I'm a mother of 4, so my day is already full of daily duties. I used my warranty to replace the 2 front axles, and an alternator, plus i had to buy new tires because they sold it to me with bald tires and i had to replace the battery out of my own pocket. Now with the tranny, ive had to reach out personally to the shops we are dealing with, they didnt even call the shops back about my van. Damian had apparently got the green light over a week ago, but my van was still sitting at the shop i used for the diagnostic, they didnt even inform the shops of what was going on, my van is finally at the shop they use because i had to call. I asked for a rental or loaner and dallas gave me a b.s. story about them not having insurance for loaner cars, even though ive talked with another person who just recently was given a loaner vehicle from them, while they had the car she bought online from them, it was delivered to her with hail damage and bald tires, and none of this was disclosed to her prior to the delivery and they even lied to her about the tires being good. If you do end up buying with these guys be very careful. Take pictures, record your phone calls and any verbal agreements you may have with them. Dont sign any papers until you are fully happy with the vehicle and paperwork for that vehicle. If i could give 0 stars i would.
RightRide Misrepresented the contract I signed. My son found the rightride car online, agreed on the price and made the deal. I agreed to co sign for what rightride promised would be 6 months only. “We need you on [as co signer] for 6 months, then you’re off.” This commitment was stated while I signed the document in front of me.
In reality, rightride had me sign a document making me the primary purchaser for the full term.
I trusted the salesperson and that trust caused me to make the naive mistake of not examining the contract closely.
Now I’m stuck with the contract.
The point of this review is to remind rightride customers to make sure the agreement for buying the car matches what rightride has you sign.
