Very disappointed with the Sunday service, which resulted in no fix, but plenty of sewage spray in the kitchen and basement. I was willing to pay the Sunday premium rate to fix my kitchen sinks on a long weekend but was not anticipating 5 hours and extreme disaster to the home on two levels without results. We spent 3 hours scrubbing black grease and disinfecting our kitchen cupboards (including those that were nowhere near the sinks due to back spray from the shop vac that also leaked green oil), windows, under the sinks, couches, tv, speakers, walls and floors after they left. My husband, who was standing 6 feet away, also got sprayed, ruining his clothes. Drano Max, the next day, with boiling water, released the sink clog. Do not recommend!

Once again we only have great things to say about Kory and Mike at Rooter-Man.
We lost heat on New Years Eve and even though they were closed Kory came over
early in the morning on New years day and fixed it so we would have heat and it was cold
out . Even though he was leaving for the weekend getaway he came over and helped us.
How many other owners and companies would do that,,,,,,,it was much appreciated and
three days later Mike and Kory came back and checked and Mike even got on our roof
to remove ice. We cant say enough about this company and Mike and Kory.
