Saskatoon Kennel & Obedience Club (SKOC) is a non-profit, all-breed, family-friendly dog club in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. We promote and encourage responsible breeding, raising, and sportsmanship for the benefit of all purebred breeds of dogs. We provide classes, shows, and trials to contribute to the welfare and improve the quality of life for dogs and their families. We hold Canadian Kennel Club (CKC)-sanctioned Obedience Trials in the winter. We also hold All Breed Championship Dog Shows and Obedience Trials, as well as Rally Obedience trials in September and Rally Obedience tests in March. We also have Obedience matches and confirmation matches at various times throughout the year. This is a great chance to practice and show your dogs, as well as to learn and practice proper ring-stewarding techniques for future trials and shows. Our training facility offers obedience, rally obedience, and confirmation classes. All breeds are welcome in our obedience classes, including mixed-breed dogs. Our events are organized and conducted by our volunteer club members, and our staff is trained at the events. The fees we receive from registrations pay for the training. Every activity that takes place is done by volunteers. Saskatchewan has registered us as a non-profit organization.
