service. We bought our garage door a few years back and it was installed with great care and precision. Recently, one of the garage door springs broke, so I got in touch with them and asked if the repair was possible. I was told that it was and that a technician would come out to look at it. They offered to come out to my residence the day after I called, but I couldn't make it work. So, I asked if they could come on Thursday, and they accommodated me. The technician told me he would call between 7:45 AM and 8 AM and did indeed call around that time, then said he’d be out to my place around 8:30 AM but showed up at 8:25. What a revelation! So, I just wanted to say thank you so much to your service team for being so accommodating and working with my schedule. Also, the guy they sent to my house was great; he had the expertise to repair my door instead of replacing it. I was very happy with their service from start to finish. That repairman's name was Gerry, and he did a great job and was very customer-friendly. This company is beyond its customer service, they are honest, fair, and a reliable company, I will definitely recommend them.

Had an opener installed by a handyman. Never could get it to work properly. Called Steelcraft doors and a technician came and was able to rectify problem. Very courteous and received a thank you card in mail.
