About TWO MEN AND A TRUCK TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, the first national franchised moving company, works to exceed its customers' expectations daily. Brief History of Two Men and a Truck Two men and a truck(r) was founded in 1980 by two brothers trying to make extra money while in high school. Thirty years later, the company has more than 321 locations around the globe. The Beginnings of Two Men and a Truck In Lansing, Michigan, in 1980, brothers Jon and Brig Sorber started moving people using an old pickup truck. Mary Ellen Sheets was their mother. She helped them make a logo to advertise in a weekly community newspaper. The stick-men logo can still be found on every truck sign, advertisement, and sign. Just a mother helping her sons When her sons left for college, Sheets began taking calls for moving services. Sheets worked full-time as a data processor for the State of Michigan. In 1985, she bought a 14-foot truck for $350 and hired two movers. Sheets' capital was $350.

SUMMARY   Reviews Summary

Customers generally have positive feedback on the movers. It appears they are punctual, gentle with fragile items, and they were done quickly. Moreover, a few reviewers are calling out the efficiency and professionalism of the movers which is good. People are also lauding the movers for assembling and setting up the furniture once they reached the new home. Placing or dismantling furniture adds an extra dimension to their services. Most people would recommend the movers to others which is a good thing. The price is a major concern for almost all customers who only have positive remarks. This means the price charged is fair. We recommend Two Men and Truck because of the high customer's ratings.
