Colley Ison Gallery

Colley Ison is the best place to welcome the artist Reuben Colley, go and see the art for yourself. Back in Birmingham, they wouldn't have had an art gallery there in Moseley even if the sky was blue. In 2010, the award-winning Reuben Colley set up Reuben Colley Fine Art, and in 2015 the gallery was moved to Colmore Row. The 10th anniversary of the trading of the business was in 2020, even though the gallery’s name was changed to Colley Ison Gallery because of the Covid-19 pandemic.

The gallery is favorably positioned and affordable, with a strong emphasis on Warhol and contemporary art. The staff are attentive and friendly, provide excellent customer service and are knowledgeable about the artwork. Gallery-goers loved the delights particular of the Warhol Exhibition and found its space welcoming and peaceful, due to the peaceful white cube crowd.The content of the exhibits was appreciated, including the array of major art names. The gallery's relaxed atmosphere was a plus, and visitors felt welcome with no perception of pretentiousness. As the place is modern and independent, the general impression was that it is nice to visit, with high-quality work shown. The friendly staff and the excellent quality of the work on display were noted frequently, contributing to the gallery being liked.
