The staff and doctors are very supportive, informative and professional, creating a calming atmosphere and putting the patients at ease. The welcoming staff is as friendly as one would expect, and the doctors are very knowledgeable about the treatments. Many positive comments on the excellent clinical skills; both doctors and clinical assistants, especially Dr. Nikitha and Shazia. Patients are particularly impressed with the laser hair removal and iron infusion services, and the laser therapy for skin conditions. The clinic provides a reasonable and efficient service compared to the NHS. Emergencies are taken care of quickly. Patients describe their experiences positively and recommend coming back for more treatment, as well as some other services they offer at the clinic..
