Daisy was in charge of my application for my new role and she was always on point, she was quick and kept me updated frequently about jobs and how they were progressing. Customer Review #6: Completely awful I have been waiting weeks and weeks for payment from this agency. I signed a contract saying I would be paid weekly when I started but I have not been paid weekly at all. Apparently there system is broken so I am stuck in their system. But looking through their reviews it has happened a while ago too so this makes me believe that this statement is false about the system is rubbish. I was told that it would be sorted this week and I would be paid. I’m still waiting for my payment. I contacted my boss from Tuesday on who I know just to confirm that my bank details are correct on their system but I never had a response from them. It looks like the issue isn’t on my end. I think it is outrageous how this can even happen. I am frustrated to the extent I don’t know what to do. If this issue isn’t resolved by the next pay day like it was meant to be THIS WEEK then I will be taking this complaint further and it will not just be to the company. I have worked with Reed recruitment and have never had this problem, they paid me perfectly fine and were an amazing agency so I am going back to them. I would 100% recommend going to them before you even consider registering to work with this agency. Reed gave me no problems at all and even found me a job in a school for a whole term which was lovely! I wouldn’t bother with HAYS. Don’t waste your time with them like I did.
