I needed a late season summer hat and Suzanne was so kind, friendly, helpful, took all the hats out of storage, went above and beyond, they are always fantastic staff in this store:) I'm going back v soon for bag, belt, jewellery, sunglasses....i could buy it all! thank you Suzanne!2. What an amazing customer service experience! I came today to gather some gifts for my bridal shower but I wasn’t sure what to get, Shabana helped me so much and was really patient with me, she even went to the back to get more stock of what I needed for my gyals, honestly such a sweetheart, will deffo recommend this place to all my friends :)3. Today, I went to buy a hat, when I went to pay I was talked over the phone and despite of my rude of don't pay attention when Maureen the manager was talking to me, she never stops smiling, greetings me and also, informed me about offer discount, by mistake when I paid for the hat, I pressed the button 4 that said she didn't say hello. Sorry Maureen. Keep your beautiful smile and lovely customer service.4. Had a clothing malfunction with the Mrs and popped in to purchase items required. Staff went beyond and above to help her out. Very grateful for there help and assistance.5. I had excellent customer service at the Hammersmith store. Janet went above and beyond to help me find the right hat. She was an absolute star, and her advice was very helpful.6. Wanting to leave a review on this amazing lady that works here Eva who went above and beyond to help me make a purchase the whole experience honestly was amazing thankyou7. Went in there this morning and there were 2 women working, I asked the one with some paperworks in her hand if I can find any brooches in there and she just look bad at me and turn her back away, around 11to 12 afternoon. The other lady saw this and quickly come to me. I see lots of bad reviews about staff and nothing is done. Very disappointed,I will make sure to inform everyone to avoid this shop because of this woman. Please check your CCTV and also let me know where can I make an official complaint8.
