A very pleasant experience today. 3. A really lovely shop saw something in the window, not there next morning. I asked was shown the item, tried it on and bought it. Tried a scarf, which I didn’t need, went back later as so unusual. I found the two ladies one older one younger both friendly and polite. Couldn’t understand the previous comments. Wonderful shop with great customer service 10. I used to shop here but no longer do. The owner is pushy and rude and insulted me when I once tried on a skirt and she told me it didn’t suit me because I “am very large down there” referring to my stomach. The clothes they sell may be nice but nothing would entice me into that shop again. Ever. 11. Unfortunately, JANE&DADA, which I entered in Hampstead today, gave me the worst shopping experience. I visited this clothes shop in Hampstead recently and was very disappointed with the service. While the dresses were okay, the staff's attitude left much to be desired. The staff which I believe is the owner as well was incredibly rude and pushy, questioning why I wasn't purchasing a dress I tried on. Her bad attitude and unprofessional behavior made for a very unpleasant shopping experience. I will not be returning and do not recommend this shop to others. 15. Horrible business owner. Interrogated us for not buying a dress, got very rude. She asked where we were from and then treated us like we were not ‘civilised enough’ to be shopping in her store. Was super nice till the point we said we aren’t buying it, shes a literal weirdo with really bad attitude and no respect to people.
