After trying to hire a limousine they tried to pass off a party bus instead without my consent. I cancelled immediately, They also too £140 deposit too, without my consent and they tried to pressure me into signing a contract i did not agree on. When i tried to cancel the party bus I didn't order, after just 15 minutes of the initial phone call, they then used intimidating language like "further action will be taken against you if you do not go ahead with this contract" this is ridiculous! I have the right to cancel , but they ignoring my email cancellation letter. I strongly urge all people considering using this company to avoid it like the plague. They have no customer service skills nor good business practice. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. Feedback 9 (from Google Reviews) Great service. They went out of their way to see my event through. Classic Limo. The exchange had a clear value for my money. The chauffeur was friendly and a pro. He knew what he was doing. Again he kept time. The driver asked numerous times for money before we even started driving, the limo was dirty with balloons and empty drink cans from previous hires. Jay assured me the car would be clean, and even said due to Covid all cars were cleaned and fumigated between each hire. This wasn’t the case at all, I think to have a clean car is really the bare minimum and not really a lot to ask.
