Urgently required a plumber as boiler has totally stopped working, call was answered immediately, explained situation and engineer was out in a couple hours and could fit new part to boiler thus getting it to work. Who is a darling, came out very fast and really struggled to open my toilet but didn't manage to. at the rate of £190 expected more than pumping the toilet and putting bleach and hot water down the sinks. Didn't resolve the issue. Toilet & sinks as blocked as before.
